Tip of the Month
Did you know:
How many of you use the buttons on the top left of your screen? Did you notice that they change depending on what screens you are accessing? These buttons call different programs and are fully customizable. For example, did you know that you could access the SouthWare calculator from within a field and then place that newly calculated total in your current field.
Or, you could create a custom report 'on the fly' using the FYI report creator? The FYI report creator is a powerful tool for quick basic reporting needs.
If you don’t use the graphical interface, you can still access these programs using "Control R" from the classical screens. And don't worry about unauthorized access, the logon permissions control what is viewable.
