We are fast approaching the end of 2008. December is a busy month for most of us with end of year closings, inventory tracking, finishing projects and coordinating schedules for next year.

A new look for our website:

At CCS, we have been busy improving our website with a new look and feel, expanding contents and adding more user resources. We want the website to be a resource that contains answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Of course, this will be a continual work in progress. We have also created a Resources page which will contain articles, past newsletters, tips and tricks and other relevant information. 

Please give us your feedback on our new website.

Rachel has also just come back from a SouthWare NetLink™ certification class. She is now qualified to help you establish or extend a web presence for your business on-line. Wouldn't it be great to give your customers, vendors or staff the ability to securely access their account information, look up inventory items, or reprint invoices on-line?

For those of you not familiar with NetLink™, it is a web-based productivity tool that provides simple and secure browser-based network access to your SouthWare data files.  It can be used for business-to-business application or consumer-to-business processes. Customers, vendors, employees, business partners, and other people can access and submit data from any computer that can obtain limited information from SouthWare data files via the Internet. You are able to set up and secure what each person is able to view and what activities they can do.
